We do not recommend autoclaving the 250 mL Nalgene bottles , 250 mL Nalgene Bottle w/Lid (CO2-BTL), that ship with the O2 and CO2 gas sensors. We also do not recommend autoclaving the BioChamber 250 (BC-250).
The bottles are made of Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol copolymer (PETG). The maximum temperature the bottle can tolerate is 70 °C, but we do not recommend using the bottles at this temperature.
Melted bottles are not covered under warranty.
