In some cases, the centimeter-ruled strip on a dynamics track may partially delaminate from the track itself. Our manufacturer recommends a double-sided tape to reattach the strip, found here:

If the entire strip comes off the track, we recommend cleaning the surfaces with Goo-Gone or a similar cleaner to remove any adhesive residue before using the double-sided tape.

We do not recommend using rubbing alcohol on the centimeter markings, as they may become fainter or rub off entirely.
