Note: These instructions only apply to the Go Wireless products (discontinued in 2017.) These are separate from the newer Go Direct products.

The list of Go Wireless devices is built by the operating system on each device. Unfortunately, this means that in some cases changes to the device name do not show up immediately. On some systems, the old names are cached even when restarting the device. After some time, the names should update to reflect the correct device name.
