Instrumental Analysis was previously available for Chromebooks as a Chrome Packaged App downloaded from the Chrome Web Store. A Progress Web App (PWA) version of Instrumental Analysis is now available.

Google removed the Packaged App delivery method in early 2025, so that all Chromebook users must now use the PWA, reached through a browser URL.

The PWA runs in a Chrome or Edge browser. It is not compatible with other browsers because they lack the needed USB and Bluetooth connectivity.
