If your Davis Airlink suddenly stops showing up on the bulletin or graphs in WeatherLink, first follow the below procedure:

-On the mobile version of Weatherlink, tap the icon that looks like a snowman at the top right of the home screen. You should see your AirLink listed.
-Choose Edit.
-Under Network Settings, if you see a symbol for WiFi with a slash through it (in red) that means you have lost the WiFi connection.
-Editing the Network Settings to verify connection to your WiFi. This will have you select your WiFi network and enter your password.

If this fails, here is something else to try:
-On the top surface of the AirLink (assuming it is laying down horizontally) you will see a small hole. This is a place to insert a paperclip to reset the device. If that does not work, also try unplugging the unit for several minutes and then plugging it in again.

If that fails, try unplugging the Airlink for a few minutes for a complete restart and try again.

If all of this fails, discuss your wifi network with your network administrators. The Airlink works only with 2.4 GHz WiFi. It will not work with 5 GHz WiFi. We have seen situations where both 2.4 and 5 GHz WiFi are available and the AirLink works fine for a while, but somehow it must try to connect via the 5 GHz network sometimes and it fails. In one situation, we were able to move to a different part of the building and to a different WiFi hub and the same AirLink works well.
