Logger Pro 3 is not sound-enabled and does not recognize the sound files if you try to browse the LabQuest. Here is how to get the audio clip from LabQuest to a computer and play it.

When you save a LabQuest audio clip, save the file to an attached SD card (original LabQuest or LabQuest 2 only) or USB flash drive. You may move this USB drive or SD card to a computer. You can use the free open-source VLC Player will play .spx files.
