You can get the software for the USB Digital Microscope on the product page for this product. Go to the product page. Then select the tab at the bottom that says Compatible Devices and Software. Under compatible software you will see MicroCapture Plus (Windows and macOS). Tap on Windows or MacOS to get the appropriate download for your computer. The links above will also work.
