Graphical Analysis Pro and Vernier Video Analysis require validation of entered License Keys to function. Once validated, the apps remain in an activated state for two weeks, even if there is no internet connection. If there is an internet connection, the two-week clock is reset every time the application is used.

Sometimes the validation check fails, and the apps display an error message reading Invalid Key. This can happen for a number of reasons.

  • The key is expired. Keys expire every June 30.
  • The End User License Agreement has not been accepted by the purchasing agent at your school. See additional links below for EULA acceptance instructions.
  • The key is not recognized. Look for a typo in the entry.
  • There is no internet connection.
  • The key server cannot be reached, possibly because its domain has been blocked.
