These four brass rods replace or supplement the brass rods in the Resistivity Set, used in our Advanced Physics with Vernier – Beyond Mechanics lab manual. The 46 cm long rods have diameters of approximately 2.38 mm, 3.18 mm, 3.97 mm, and 4.75 mm. Use this set of rods to investigate electrical resistance as a function of conductor length, diameter, and material.
